You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey on our tracking page. You’ll also be notified when your order is shipped and delivered.

All orders come with free worldwide shipping and tracking.

To offer the most efficient free global shipping we ship from multiple destinations around the world, including Europe, US & Asia.

Your location & products ordered depend on which location your order is shipped from.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

Along with our free shipping worldwide, all the duties & taxes are covered! We can guarantee there are no extra fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day refund policy after receiving your items.

All returns will need to be sent back tracked and covered by the customer.

*We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons*

What is your return policy for earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings. Unless the earrings arrive damaged, then please get in touch.

How do i process a return?

To process a return, please contact: support@EloraParis.com

In your email please include:

- Your Order Number

- Reason for Return

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.

Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

Elora Paris will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping services so we know the whereabouts of your return.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your credit note.

I ordered the wrong item, what can i do?

Once orders are processed, they are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment and we will not be able to facilitate any order changes once the order has been shipped.

What does the Lifetime Color Warranty cover?

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you experience a significant gold or silver color issue, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Items must be purchased directly from EloraParis.com. Please retain all damaged items, as they may be required for future warranty claims. Elora Paris reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.

Coverage includes:

  • Significant gold or silver color issues

Does not include:

  • Lost jewelry
  • Pearl discoloration
  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches and minor damage)
  • Damage from misuse of jewelry or improper storage
  • Free mystery items or promotional gifts

  • Current shipping address
  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

If you’re not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can i cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order & you will need to return it back to us once it has arrived.
